We offer a full refund on items reported within 07 Days from the original date of purchase. You have to take utmost care that the products reach us in original condition. We cannot initiate a refund if the products reach us in a damaged state.

We take damages very seriously. Please contact our customer service team right away to expedite your return. Providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team (email@example.com) and we will help to get your issue solved right away. If your box and products arrive in a damaged condition, you must save the merchandise and the original packaging it arrived in, and notify us immediately so we can take the necessary next steps to get it exchanged.
